The EMB are the sole governing body for GLOBAL POVERTY ERADICATION CENTRE. They are in charge of the day to day running of GLOBAL POVERTY ERADICATION CENTRE, appoint staff to man the National Secretariat, Negotiate and liaise with all collaborating and donor agencies. They are also to liaise effectively with the various other organs of GLOBAL POVERTY ERADICATION CENTRE in the pursuit of the aims of the organization, e.g. Projects Directorate , Public Relations and Education/Research/Development Directorates.
