VENUE INFORMATION
The summit will be held at MIKLIN HOTEL in Adum-Kumasi a region in Ghana West Africa where the current AU Chairman mounts his presidential seat.MIKLIN in collaboration with its sister hotels in Kumasi is prepared to accommodate the first 200 to 500 delegates who will be able to afford their hotel reservation fee of USD $60 a day of which GLOPEC has already arranged for 200 delegate accommodation because of its international standard of services. Delegates in this hotel will be served with Breakfast, Buffet, two Coffee Breaks and Dinner. Delegates in this hotel also have access to free Internet & DSTv Services, and Swimming pool.

Ghana is a country that is proud of its self on it reputation as the safe and friendly country full of culture and tourism. Banks are available for all transactions. Dollars are accepted in every bank, but it is advisable to change all currencies to the new (GH Cedis). You can do this at all banks. Travelers Cheque may also be chased at most banks. Major Credits Cards are accepted at many location and money can be withdrawn from your bank account from various ATMs, which is the preferred method to many foreigners. Medical care and services are every where with some best hospitals in the country. Incensed taxi-cabs are also wildly available and very affordable.

The water in Ghana are drinkable and the food is safe. There is total freedom of movement and speech but the commonly used language is ENGLISH. And TWI, and sometimes, FRENCH. You are welcome to GHANA.

TRAVEL TO/FROM KUMASI
Kumasi Airport is the second to the Kotoka International Airport in the Capital Region of GHANA (ACCRA) is a 45min journey by flight and 4 hours by road. Kumasi Airport offer direct flight to Kotoka where you take your departing flight. Travelers landing in Kotoka car access arrange of road transportation services including car rentals, shuttle buses and taxis. The airport shuttle can send you straight to your hotel before you settle in Kumasi.

Participant who can afford instant transit should do so by letting us know in your application, because arrangement will specially be made for the arrivals.

VISA
Delegates to the summit from out-side Ghana are encouraged to start the process of obtaining a Visa as soon as possible. The Glopec G. A. summit is not responsible for assisting or securing visa’s for delegates. Delegates who submit a registration form with their application fee will receive a letter of invitation which will be sent along with your confirmation. This letter along with a registration confirmation can be used as supporting documents for your visa application. Thank you.
STAYING AFTER THE SUMMIT
Arrangements will be made for participants who will want to stay in two weeks after the summit.

Note: The organization will not incur any cost after the two weeks
