1. The processing fee is not refundable.

2. The selected applicants will be asked to pay an amount which will disclosed after the declaration of the General Assemblies meeting on 15 - 17 October 2007.

3. We understand that the money you pay for this position will give you the power to remain a permanent Board of Director, but this money will only last for Ten Yeas (10 years). It is initiated this way to save GLOPEC from choosing wrong persons for the right position. So if anything of these occur we will workout the balance of your money according to the number of years you have spent with GLOPEC and refined the balance to you.

4. But after the ten years and we find no fault, then you will receive a permanent certificate to be a Board of Director of GLOPEC.

5. Note that every money raised from these position will be used to establish the GLOPEC TRUST FUND which will serve as an insurance for GLOPEC MEMBERS. Thank you.
