GLOPEC give CSO and Corporate/private businesses a powerful mandate to
work with us through a numerous of activities.
At the celebration of the World Environmental day June 5, 2007 which GLOPEC
in collaboration with civil society organization in Kumasi hosted locally to
mark the UNEP agenda *Melting Ice a hot topic(. This declared the need to
form globalization, governance, democracy, accountability and transparency
networking in the most pressing challenges of the new century.
Civil society and corporate partnership of which at the UN Millennium Summit
2000 the Secretary-General reaffirmed to delivering the promises of the
Millennium declaration within the context of the increasingly uneven
distribution of cost and benefits associated with rapid global economic
integration.
GLOPEC realized that to meet and exceed our goals there’s the need to
involve individual entity and none entities, corporate bodies, the media,
private and government business in sharing their quota in the development of
the next centuries of which UNDP has already made significant broadening and
depending its interaction with CSO’s at all levels of its work. Which has
develop a valued niche in creating the space with governments for CSO’s
perspectives to be heard and incorporeal information policy and programmes
We believe in coordinating and creating wealth to support the activities of
individuals, business, religious groups, corporations, government agencies
and CSO’s in structuring policies and initiatives that will enhance on
poverty reduction and National Development. GLOPEC is proud to announce to
the world that we are not limited to any level of issues concerning poverty
eradication.
This organization will accord high priority to activities that strengthen
the technical and institutional capacity and are essential for poverty
reduction and National development. In this context the organization will
