Housing

Housing which others describe as roofing, shelter, home and etc... in cities, villages and everywhere in the world is a great need to human living.

Cities under stress and rural environment are often largely constructed on self build housing. These spontaneous communities both informal settlements or squatter shacks are misnomers and are the inescapable consequence of job growth, urban stress, and family dispersal.

though unregulated, unsightly, unhealthy and potentially dangerous communities that invites economies of crime, they cannot be eradicated because they respond to the essential human need for better shelter than the alternative. Government, Civil societal org and agencies must therefore, focus on improving rather than guarantee or bulldozing these spontaneous communities and developed economic ecosystems that encourage them to become sager, healthier, wealthier and more formalized.

Recent research and advocacies has instigated that still people in the cities live in hurts and un-functional wood apartments. Cases like arm robbery, rape malaria, HIV/AIDS, school drop-out and the lot are the major increasingly factors they face.

The northern parts of Africa and some villages live in hurts which when rain falls they are beating as if they were out of the room. Properties, assets and many legal document are said to stay for few days due to this problems.
