According the constitution, the board of GLOPEC should not be less than
three (3) and not more than seven (7). They are the patrons of GLOBAL
POVERTY ERADICATION CENTRE.
The remaining two positions are giving out and the processing fee is $1.000,
and the positions would be given to the qualified personnel after the
screening process has taken effect. All positions of the board are
permanent.
