This area of operation will accord higher priority to activities that strengthen the technical, practical and institutional capacity essential for Agricultural and Natural resources development. Some of the root causes of hunger and poverty in many parts of the world is lack of support to: Practical and real agricultural practitioners Production of food and crops Agricultural research In some other parts of the world especially Africa has got the natural and human resources capital to promote Agricultural but in most time lack of Practical skills and entrepreneurship for food and agricultural development Access to Agricultural developmental funds which will expand the existing products they produce Adequate facilities such as transportation, machineries, labors, storage facilities and many more, to utilize the adequate resources available to them. These problems among the poor has prompted GLOPEC to emphasis more strength on AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FOR REAL AND PRACTICAL AGRICULTURAL PRACTITIONERS PRODUCTION OF FOOD AND CROPS
